Quality & Manufacturing
Quality control is at the core of everything we manufacture. Every product that leaves our facility passes through a rigorous, multistage quality assurance process — from raw material inspection to inline production checks to final pre-dispatch review — ensuring that what reaches our brand partners consistently meets specification.
The Process
Four checkpoints between your specification and your warehouse
-
01
Raw Material Inspection
Stringent inspection of uppers, soles, EVA compound and components before a single pair goes into production. Material that does not meet specification does not enter the line.
-
02
In-Process Checks
Quality checks at every key manufacturing stage — moulding, lasting, stitching, assembly and finishing — so faults are caught within the batch, not after it.
-
03
Final Inspection & Sampling
Pre-dispatch review and sampling against the approved reference, covering fit, finish, sizing consistency and packing.
-
04
Consistency Across Volume
The same standard held across large production runs — the point at which most manufacturing partnerships are actually tested.
Manufacturing Capability
What we can produce in-house
Seven categories under one roof means a brand partner can consolidate multiple product lines with a single manufacturer — one specification process, one quality standard, one point of contact.
